Nathaniel Orange Vice President -- HUD Assisted Housing Programs
Nathaniel Orange is a former Senior
Loan Specialist, Housing Management Division, in the Jacksonville, FL HUD Area
HUD, serving more than 15 years with the Department. He has vast experience in the management of
government-assisted housing. Nate's
responsibilities at HUD included oversight of more than 75 multi-family
properties comprising more than 3,600 rental units. He provided various
financial analyses and approved annual budgets for properties in his portfolio.
He also was responsible for conducting on-site management reviews and
physical inspections As U.S. HUD Representative, Nate coordinated the
implementation of Flexible Subsidy Programs for five properties across Florida
totaling more than $4 million in financial assistance funds. He received several
achievement awards in recognition of initiating procedures and formats adopted
by the Department. Nate also operated his own property management company
in for twelve years with his portfolio including various HUD housing programs
including Section 8, Section 221 (d)(3), Section 236 multi-family rental and
cooperative housing.
