Consultant to HUD on a variety of management issues
affecting national housing policy. He is considered one of the nation's
foremost trainers in public and government-assisted housing. |

As a consultant, he has conducted comprehensive training sessions for the senior
staff and site managers of PHAs in the areas of property management,
decentralization of operations, Fair Housing; Section 504 of the
Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. |
 |
In 1995, HUD Headquarters requested him to present
elements of his seminars via direct-learning satellite transmission. His training was
received by more than 50 Field Offices. |
 |
He has
written articles for many publications including the "Journal of Property
Management" and the "New England Real Estate Journal." His book, Government-Assisted
Housing: Professional Strategies for Site Managers, was published by IREM®
in
December of 1997. |
 |
An innovative training consultant, his
IREM®-endorsed seminars,
"Tackling Drug Problems in Multi-family Housing" and "The
Professional Management of Troubled Housing," have been offered by IREM® chapters,
state housing finance agencies, National Apartment Association chapters, and similar
sponsors throughout the nation. |

He has been a presenter at several IREM national
conventions. |

Beginning as a messenger in one of Washington, DC's
largest real estate companies, Glenn has achieved the following:

experience as a real estate management executive and consultant. |

IREM®
Senior Instructor status is awarded to those members of the National Faculty
that have achieved a superior level of proficiency in teaching methodology
and have shown dedication to the property management profession
through trade association activities, civic involvement, and professional
achievement. Authorship of books and articles, local chapter
presidency, national committee involvement are but a few examples. |

Effective
hands-on experience, including the opening of one
of the nation's first HUD 236 properties in 1971. He managed the site for
four years. |
 |
Former Director of
Management of the Cambridge, MA Housing Authority, conducting the management
survey that
served as the foundation for site-based budgeting and management. His responsibilities also included the
supervision of daily maintenance operations. Upon his departure, he was given an
award by the city-wide tenant's association for his contributions. He was a field
evaluator for the Public Housing Management Improvement Program (PHMIP) at the New Haven,
CT. and Milwaukee PHAS in the areas of computerization and resident services. |

He was cited in both Time Magazine and USA Today for his role as
General Manager in eradicating rampant illegal drug activity at a large housing
development in Washington, D. C. in the late 1980's. |

He is a Public Housing Drug
Elimination Program Technical Assistance consultant. |
 | General
Manager for full service real estate company located Florida, overseeing
daily operations of 4,000 apartment homes financed under various Federal
housing programs including Section 8 and Rural Development. |
 |
Presently
serves as Executive Director of the Saint Augustine's College Center for
Real Estate Management and Development located in Raleigh, NC. Also
serves as the Chairman of the college's community development corporation. |
