Russell Hill, CPM® brings a seasoned private sector approach to public housing management and development activities:

	His previous positions included Director of Real Estate for Harvard University. In that capacity, Russ developed many effective procedures regarding facilities management that have applicability in the PHA environment.
	In his position of Assistant Director of Development for The Non-Profit Center in Washington, D.C., he was responsible for providing training and technical assistance to boards and staff of non-profit housing development corporations.
	Other previous employment opportunities gave him responsibility for financing and creating subsidized housing developments throughout the eastern sector of the U.S.
	Russ has served on the national faculty of IREM®.
